Common questions
How do I know if my phone is locked?
On iPhone, go to Settings → General → About and look for “Carrier Lock” — “No SIM restrictions” means it's unlocked. On Android, the simplest test is a SIM from another carrier. Or bring it in and we'll check.
Can every phone be unlocked?
Carriers set their own rules — usually the phone must be paid off and not reported lost or stolen. We check your phone first and tell you your options.
Will unlocking erase my phone?
Unlocking doesn't normally erase your data, but always back up first, especially before switching SIMs or carriers.
